About
I'm Tinzley — 55, Atlanta-born, and unwilling to dim down for anyone's comfort. Everything I teach was forged in real life, not a textbook.

I grew up watching women settle. Watching them shrink, accept, explain, justify — for men, for paychecks, for rooms that were never going to make space for them. I told myself early: that won't be me.
That promise turned into a dating blog called And You Wanna See My Feet, then a book — The Settlefree Dating Method for Women — and from there, a movement. What started as relationship advice grew into something bigger: a method for women in every season who are tired of negotiating with less than they deserve.
Today I work with women one-on-one, speak on stages, host red carpets, appear on television, and write the unfiltered truth for whoever's ready to read it. The work looks different on the outside. The mission has never changed: stop settling.

A Personal Note
"I don't do this work because it's trendy. I do it because I remember being the woman who needed someone to tell her the truth — and I'm not going to be quiet now that I've made it to the other side."
