I was told not

Now I inspire women to do the same, to refuse to settle for less than they deserve in love, life, career, health, and purpose.

Meet Tinzley

I'm Tinzley Bradford, 54, Atlanta-born, a woman of faith.

I've learned through real-life experiences what it truly means to refuse to settle.

I'm a television personality, host, interviewer, author, and the woman behind the Settle Free lifestyle. But what I share with women isn't something I learned from a textbook. I've lived it.

I've had beautiful seasons, and I've had seasons that tested everything I thought I knew about myself. I've experienced love, disappointment, career setbacks, loss, rebuilding, and starting over.

Through it all, one thing has remained the same: I refuse to allow a difficult chapter to determine how my story ends.

Where It Started

For as long as I can remember, I've watched women settle for less than they deserved.

I've watched women overlook things they knew didn't feel right because they wanted the relationship to work. I've watched women stay too long, give too much, make themselves smaller, and sometimes forget who they were trying to hold on to someone, or something, that wasn't serving them.

And somewhere along the way, I made a decision about my own life:

I don't want to live like that.

That doesn't mean I've always gotten everything right. Believe me, I haven't. But I've learned that living Settle Free isn't about having a perfect life.

It's about knowing your worth, trusting yourself, learning from the chapters that didn't go as planned, and having the courage to say, "This may be where I am right now, but this is not where I'm staying."

That's Settle Free.

And it's not just something I teach.

It's how I live.

That decision didn't stay private. It became writing, then a book, then a movement.

The blog

And You Wanna See My Feet

A promise turned into writing, unfiltered, funny, honest, and read by women who saw themselves in every line.

The book

The Settlefree Dating Method for Women

The writing became a method: a no-nonsense standard for women ready to stop dating beneath their worth.

The movement

Settle Free

What started as relationship advice grew into something bigger, a method for women in every season who are tired of negotiating with less than they deserve.

A Personal Note

I don't do this work because it's trendy. I do it because I remember being the woman who needed someone to tell her the truth, and I'm not going to be quiet now that I've made it to the other side.
